Tracking Shipments

If you purchase a physical product from 5 AM Miracle Media, LLC, shipping and product tracking information is emailed at the time of shipment. Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and 5 AM Miracle Media, LLC has no ability to alter the speed of shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final for physical products. Exchanges or refunds only apply to shipped goods if (1) the product is severely damaged; or (2) there is evidence that the product was not shipped within 30 days of purchase; or (3) the product was shipped to the wrong address and the recipient was unable to retrieve the product.
