The process to cancel a service or request a refund at JeffSanders.com is designed to be simple. Please contact me with any questions.
One-Time Transactions and Lifetime Access Products
One-time (or lifetime access) product purchases carry a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee. Please refer to the Refund Request page to request an eligible refund.
Academy Membership Cancellations
Please refer to the Membership Cancellation page to cancel your membership to The Rockin’ Productivity Academy.
Free Trials
Products with a free trial (e.g. 5 AM Miracle Premium) are NOT eligible for a refund. Customers must initiate a cancellation, or contact me, before the free trial ends to avoid unwanted, non-refundable charges.
If a customer cancels their initial free trial, they are no longer eligible for another free trial for that product and must contact me for a link to purchase new product access.
Recurring Payments
Customers with recurring payments are eligible for a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee on their initial purchase ONLY. Please refer to the Refund Request page to request an eligible refund.
All recurring payments made thereafter (monthly, annually, payment plan, etc.) are NOT eligible for a refund. I encourage customers to create reminders to cancel their product access on the date that best suits their budget.
If at any time the form of payment is cancelled by the customer (e.g. through PayPal, declined credit card, etc.), the membership will be cancelled immediately, and a refund request would have to be submitted separately.
Coaching Services
All coaching services come with a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase ONLY. Please refer to the Refund Request page to request an eligible refund.
If the client fails to contact me to book the first coaching session within 30 days of purchasing a coaching package, or if at any point in time the client stops communicating with me for a 30-day period, any prepaid payments would be forfeited, and any future coaching sessions would require prior approval and additional payment.
Speaking Engagements
Every event is negotiated separately and with unique terms. Please refer to your contract for details on your specific event.
Products Sold Through Other Vendors
If you purchased a product from another company (e.g. one of my books through Amazon), please refer to the refund policy granted by that company. The refund policy on JeffSanders.com does not apply to sales through other vendors.
