We are excited to have you on board with our Affiliate Program, but it is certainly important that we all play by the rules in order to have the best possible experience.

Keep these rules in mind.

You Agree to Disclose that You are an Affiliate Partner

It’s important to be upfront and disclose that you are a promotional partner and that you will receive a commission for any sales that you refer.

It’s also a legal requirement as per FTC rules. You agree to be upfront in your disclosures throughout any promotion.

You Cannot Use Your Own Affiliate Link

Your affiliate link can only be used by those you refer to our products.

You cannot use your own affiliate link to become a customer with your own account. In effect, this would result in you receiving an unauthorized discount.

You Agree to Not Ask to Change Commissions for a Sale

The affiliate program is run on the industry-standard last click cookie system.

It is important for you to agree upfront that you will not ask to change affiliate commissions, even if you think someone meant to sign up under your link (and they ended up signing up under someone else’s instead).

You Agree to Accept Payment via PayPal

All affiliate payments will be paid to your PayPal business account about 45 days after the sale, which accounts for the 30-day refund period.

You agree to accept payment either automatically through PayPal, or to manually approve the payment via PayPal within 30 days of payment. If any funds are returned to me from PayPal because you did not manually approve the payment, you will forfeit those funds.

You Agree Not to use our Image, Likeness, or Brand Keywords in Paid Advertising

We will provide images and swipe copy that you can use on your website and in your direct communications with your audience.

However, in order to prevent confusion in the marketplace, we ask that you do not run any Facebook ads or retargeting ads using our image, brand, or likeness (including product screenshots).

You also may not bid on brand keywords, such as “Jeff Sanders,” or “The Rockin’ Productivity Academy.” Please make sure to use these as negative keywords if you are running paid search.

You can create ads using your face, brand, or likeness. But you agree not to create any ads using Jeff Sanders’ face, brand, or likeness or branding from our product logos or screenshots.

NOTE: To clarify, you can use product shots, photos, etc. in regular communication to your list and on your website, just not in paid advertising or retargeting.
