Update Email Subscriptions

I use many services to send out emails to subscribers and customers, including Kit, Google Workspace, ThriveCart, and Learn+ by ThriveCart.

There is a link at the bottom of every email I send out that lets you manage your subscriptions.

Exceptions: Some emails do not offer an “unsubscribe” option, including legally-required emailed receipts for product purchases or one-on-one email communication with me directly.

Logins and Accounts

Login Access for Paid Products

Customers who purchase courses from me will receive login access to login.jeffsanders.com/courses/, which is hosted on Learn+ by ThriveCart.

You can login to access your courses anytime by clicking the “Login” link in the footer of every page.

Cancel Your Membership

To cancel your active membership in The Rockin’ Productivity Academy, visit the Membership Cancellation page.

Close Your Account on Learn+ by ThriveCart

Learn+ (operated by ThriveCart) is the hosting provider for all of my paid products and courses, including The Rockin’ Productivity Academy, Fitness for Busy People, and 47 Strategies. Closing your Learn+ account will permanently remove all access to your paid products and services.

To close your Learn+ account, complete this form.

Billing

View Your Receipts

Click here to view your receipts and I will email you a secure link. You can also search your email folders, as I send out emailed receipts for every transaction.

Update Your Credit Card

Click here to update your credit card and I will email you a secure link.

Thanks to my fancy payment system, most credit cards are updated automatically (e.g. new number or expiration date), so you won’t have to do anything!

IMPORTANT: Do NOT email me your credit card number. Email is not a secure medium. All financial data is stored on a secured server outside of JeffSanders.com and I do NOT have access to your credit card number.

Update PayPal or Apple Pay

If you are using PayPal, login to your PayPal account to update your financial information.

If you are using Apple Pay, simply update your payment information on your iPhone. Learn more here.

Switch Payment Methods

If you would like to change your payment method (e.g. switch from credit card, PayPal, or ApplePay to another method), I will send you a secure purchase link with your new settings, and discontinue your previous payment settings.

During the switch you would still retain access to your product and your progress in each course. Complete the form below and I will send you the link to switch.

Card Declined?

If your card is declined for any reason you will be automatically emailed a secure link to update your payment information. My shopping cart service will continue to retry your card 2 more times over a two-week period.

If your card is not processed successfully after the 3rd attempt, your membership will be canceled automatically.

Request a Refund

If you are within the first 30 days of your original purchase and would like to request a refund, visit the Refund Request page.
